Policy & Procedures


  • Agventure Cleaning Service is insured under Simply Business Policy #HBW3529907XB1 since 04/28/22

  • We have a customer satisfaction guarantee, we aim for excellence in all cleanings for all customers however if you aren't satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us and we'll come back free of charge to make sure you get the cleaning you deserve! If a claim isn't made within 7-14 days we can't issue refunds.

  • Any bounce check given is hit with a fee of $25.

  • For Bookings less than 24 hours there is a $35-$75 additional charge for emergency cleaning.


  • We do not go through closets, cabinets, drawers, and personal belongings throughout the property without permission from said owner. 

  • There is a deposit/equipment fee of $35 for each order (We have a select style of cleaning with our chemicals and tools unless given supplies to cover the whole job) 

  • Late fee will be applied once the invoice date has passed (7 day grace period once the invoice is sent before fee is applied) - $35-$75 depending on the severity of tardiness.

  • Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent that entirely.
